As an author, speaker and consultant for Student and Kids Ministries across the country, Andy Tilly for over 13 years has been introducing innovative ideas to the basic models of ministry. Rethinking the standard ways of doing “church” and finding avenues to apply fresh ways of reaching, leading and cultivating kids, students, adults and families as a whole is his passion. During his time in ministry, Andy has spoken to youth ministries and groups at camps, conferences and retreats across the country to help not only reach the lost but also challenge and strengthen the believer. Since 2007 he has authored 3 books. The Student Experience, Poser and Practical Jesus which through local churches and conferences have been reaching ministries by the hundreds as resources to further build and cultivate the lives of people. In addition to speaking and writing, Andy has a passion for helping churches, ministries and organizations grow and thrive in their own individual missions. Consulting and Leadership Training has been an avenue that Andy has been used to develop these areas and more in various places and venues.
